4. Purchases and Payments

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Our AI Stylist provides personalized fashion recommendations based on your preferences and data you provide. You acknowledge that:
- Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always meet your expectations
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated recommendations
- You use AI recommendations at your own discretion
- We collect and process data to improve AI recommendations as outlined in our Privacy Policy
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of HAREWA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
8. User Content
You may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant HAREWA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate others

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAREWA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAREWA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Termination
